3. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund under the following circumstances:

  • The project has not yet started and no initial work has been delivered.

  • A duplicate payment was made due to a technical or billing error.

  • Web Swatchers is unable to deliver the agreed service due to unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases, refunds will be processed after a review, and funds will be returned within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Work or service has already been initiated or completed.

  • Client fails to provide required information, feedback, or approvals causing project delays.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective preferences once agreed deliverables are provided.

  • Cancellations made after partial project completion.

  • Search engine ranking fluctuations or ad campaign performance beyond our control.


5. Project Cancellation

If a project is canceled by the client before completion:

  • Refunds will be determined based on the amount of work completed.

  • Any completed tasks, designs, or development work up to the cancellation date will be billed accordingly.


6. Revisions & Corrections

We aim to ensure our clients are fully satisfied. Reasonable revisions will be provided as per the service agreement. However, additional revisions or major scope changes beyond the agreed terms may incur extra charges.


7. Payment Disputes

Clients are requested to contact us directly at help@webswatchers.com before initiating any payment dispute or chargeback. We’ll make every effort to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
